Alfredo Zaparolli, Principal

Has over twenty five years experience in high-end residential construction, design and engineering. Alfredo established Techlinea Inc. in 1985 to provide quality lighting design services to discerning clients throughout the US and abroad. Prior to the founding of Techlinea, Alfredo was principal and partner of Electric Connection Inc., and was responsible for designing and installing electrical and lighting systems for many notable residences throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He combines a deep understanding of construction, electrical engineering, lighting technology and design with a unique blend of creative vision, hands on technical expertise, and collaborative style to make Techlinea sought out for projects worldwide.

Elaine Shishima

Graduated from SFSU with a B.A. in Consumer Family Studies w/ a Concentration in Interior Design and a minor in Art History; she joined Techlinea in 1998 as a junior designer and quickly moved into the position of senior designer and project manager. Elaine successfully designs and manages a variety of project types and sizes by applying her exquisite sense of calm, imagination, and exceptional attention to detail to create environmentally sensitive spaces. Elaine has a diverse skill set and thrives on the challenge of implementing emerging and cutting-edge lighting controls technology.

Andrea Isaacs

Graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Physical Education. Andrea brings an extensive background in Sales/Design and Marketing ranging from interior landscape design of hotels to residential and commercial projects. Working with architects, designers and builders has been her forte. Andrea's charming demeanor and persistence allows her to gain access to even the staunchest gate keepers.

Mark Hernbroth

Attended the University of Southern California where he studied Planning and Design, with an emphasis on spatial design, management, and analysis. He has been in the Integration industry since 1997 and has worked with several of the Bay Area’s leading Integration Installation companies. Having owned his own design and installation firms, Mark has extensive experience in both the design/engineering process as well as the business development and management domain. Mark’s areas of specialization include full Audio/Video/Integration design, lighting control design and programming, product specification and documentation. He is committed to the holistic design approach, blending functionality, form, performance, and aesthetics to develop an optimal solution that exceeds the client’s needs, expectations, and desires.
