Initial Consultation

• We provide a comprehensive consultation to go over you needs, wishes and requirements in detail.

Requirements Review

• We develop a requirements document which clarifies your needs, system by system in terms of scope, functionality, and preferences
• We submit a preliminary system budget estimate for your review
• We present you with a Design Contract to engage Techlinea’s services

Design & Specification

• We begin the process of designing and engineering the various aspects of your home, based on your approved requirements.
• We refine the designs until you are satisfied with the functionality, appearance, specifics, and budget before releasing documents for construction

Installation Coordination

• We work in conjunction with your Architect and Builder to qualify and recommend industry professionals to install the systems we have designed for you.
• We work directly with the Builder and the installers to coordinate work schedules, perform inspections, and ensure quality control and accuracy in their work.
• We provide task specific site meetings and walk-through as necessary to oversee the progress and quality of the installations

System Programming and Start Up

• We provide system start up and completion support so that you can pass your final inspections, take possession of your home, and have the peace of mind  knowing that your lighting, electrical, communication, entertainment, and security systems are working properly

Lamp & Focus

• We work with the electrician to properly lamp and focus lighting fixtures, and provide detailed lamp schedules for easy on-going maintenance.

Final As-Built Documentation and Client Support

• We amend our drawings and documentation as necessary throughout the construction process to ensure that your final documentation package accurately reflects the actual installation of each of your home systems.
